Board Members
Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD's) in Minnesota are governed by an elected Board. Each Board member represents a District within the county and each District is defined by city and township municipal boundaries. The Kittson SWCD Board meets the second Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. The board meetings are generally held at the Kittson County Courthouse.
